In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding therapeutic spa experience to each and every
one of our clients, and out of consideration for your therapist's time and schedule, we have adopted the
following policies:

AFTER HOURS WORK
We finish our last session of the day at 7pm and customarily do not begin any session after 6pm unless prior
arrangements have been made with management. We do however reserve the right to treat clients past
7pm at our sole discretion in the event of special circumstances.

ARRIVAL TO OUR WELLNESS CENTER (first-time clients)
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the
time to fill out the appropriate client intake form, use the restroom, become acclimated to our center, etc. If
late arrival is unavoidable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to preserve and respect our next
client's scheduled treatment time.
It is customary for first-time clients to pay for their services prior to
being treated. Please be prepared to do so. If you are using a gift certificate, half-off website voucher,
coupon, discount, etc, you MUST mention this when
booking your appointment. Failure to do so will void
the full value of said coupon, voucher, gift certificate, etc.

RESCHEDULING
If it is nesessary for you to reschedule your session(s), 24 hours notice is required for individual clients, and
48 hours notice is required for couples and groups of 2 or more clients. Please refer to the following section
regarding late cancellations.

We reserve the right to reschedule treatments under the same guidelines...24 hours notice for
individual clients, and 48 hours notice for couples and groups of 2 or more clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY/DEPOSITS /VOUCHERS/COUPONS/GIFT CERTIFICATES
A credit card will be required to reserve your appointment  time. In the event of a no-show or failure to
cancel your reservation within 24-hours prior to your start-time, your card will be charged for th
e full amount
of the treatment(s)   Couples, groups (2 or more clients at once), and packages (multiple services same-day)
require 48 hours cancellation notice and will require a 50% cancellation deposit which will be charged to your
card in-advance.

If your session has been pre-paid  with either a gift certificate, promotion, coupon, voucher, half-off
website offer, etc, th
e full value of said gift certificate, promotion, coupon, voucher will be forfeit in the
event of a no-show, or late cancellation as outlined above.

Regarding SpaFinder, SpaWish, Salon Wish, WaySpa gift cards and Certificates, etc:
If you are using a
gift card/certificate which is to be redeemed by us through a third-party gift card/certificate company, the
identification/serial/barcode number and value will be required
and redeemed at the time you make your
reservation (to verify validity). Th
e full value of said gift certificate/card will be forfeit in the event of a
no-show, or late cancellation as outlined above. In the event your certficate/card has a higher face value
than the amount of the service you booked, at spa's discrection, you may receive a credit for the remaining
balance to apply to services at a later date.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds of any kind, including gift certificates, pre-paid treatments, packages, etc. If you do
not want to use prepaid services for yourself, please feel free to share them with others. They'll deeply
appreciate their experience. We are compassionate and do understand that hardships occur. If you have
purchased a package and do indeed feel that a refund is a necessity that impacts the welfare of yourself
and/or your family, we are willing to address such issues on a case-by-case basis,
and ONLY in the event of
hardship. Scheduling, personality, and customer service issues do not warrant this exception.
Partially-used
packages will be prorated and adjusted to reflect regular pricing on services already used, and
complimentary sessions are voided as the package was refunded. A service fee will also apply to the full
package price to cover the cost of time, research, processing, bank fees, etc.

NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, in the event of a No Show or late arrival, appointments will be
automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to our cancellation
policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases,
and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be
soley at our discretion and only with proper, 60 minute advanced notification of your late arrival.

NOTE: We understand that in some cases full prepayment may not be possible due to timing and/or funds
availability. We truly do want each and every client to be able to experience our services and we will do
whatever is possible to accommodate every situation. Please feel free to discuss an acceptable prepayment
option to hold your appointment, package or service. We are quite happy to arrange a reasonable
prepayment.
