"The body wants to heal itself"  ~Dr. John Upledger

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive technique
that helps detect and correct imbalances in the Craniosacral
system.  It works on the soft tissues, fluids, and energy systems
associated with the flow of cerebral-spinal fluid (which
surrounds and bathes the brain and spinal cord) from the
sacrum at the base of  the spine to the head. Through light
touch, Craniosacral therapy encourages your body’s own
inate, natural rhythm. Distinctly seperate from heartbeat &
respiratory rhythms, CS rhythm is a slow, wooshing, wave-like
feeling, that is felt and experienced both physically and
metaphysically...calming, soothing, and nurturing the physical
and subtle bodies.

Sensitive, perceptive, and intuitive touch locates blocks in the cerebral-spinal system that surround the central nervous system. S
tillpoint, a technique
used to reset the nature of the block(s) and allow your body systems to flow and operate more freely, can improve brain and spinal cord function, dissipate the effects of stress, and enhance your general health and resistance to disease.

Craniosacral Therapy is one of the most subtle of the touch modalities I
practice. This treatment has a profound affect and inspires balance and
peace on a mental, emotional, and physiological level.

Craniosacral Therapy is said to reduce the effects of:
   ~Stress
   ~Insomnia
   ~Chronic Fatigue
   ~Migraine Headaches
   ~Chronic neck and back pain
~Have a positive impact regarding addiction and
       Post-Traumatic Stress issues, including abuse.
~Fibromyalgia and other connective tissue disorders
